********** SEXUAL HARASSMENT **********

It is defined as Unwanted behavior of a sexual nature.



Sexual harassment includes many things...

Actual or attempted rape or sexual assault.
Unwanted pressure for sexual favors.
Unwanted deliberate touching, leaning over, cornering, or pinching.
Unwanted sexual looks or gestures.
Unwanted letters, telephone calls, or materials of a sexual nature.
Before some time ago Delhi police reported a case against an IFS officer after 22 years old woman claimed that he sexually harassment in Kenya where he was working at the mission as its deputy commissioner.

A 22 yrs old woman hailing from Jharkhand has claimed that IFS officer had sexually assaulted during their stay in Kenya between 2007 to 2010.

A police officer informed to media that a case under sec. 506 (criminal intimidation) and 376 (rape case) of IPC (Indian Penal Code) has been registered against Mr. ketan Shukla a 1986 batch IFS officer, who is currently posted in Ahemdabad.



Some years ago in Kanpur a case have come in existence of first side love. After rejected proposal by a girl named Aarti, her lover through acid on her face. Whole face of Aarti have burnt.

In this case police does not take any proper action but due to interference of media police registered a case against that man.



A very highlighted case of Aarushi double murder case. Again Police and CBI failed to reach at proper judgment. Proof of murder place says other story , DNA report says other story, someone says her father was involved in that crime someone says her servant involved but nobody have proper information about this case and also CBI have not reached at sufficient result. No body knows whats the truth.



In Kanpur, at Chandni Nursing Home ward boy raped a patient in hospital room due to this she have died , whole members of this hospital was involved in this crime, first day this news published in front page of news paper, as time have passed this news is shifted to 1 1st page to 2nd page and vice versa at the end out of newspaper and case file also closed no judgment yet.



There are many sexual assault like as Ruchika case, sexual harassment by Indian Hockey Team coach MK Kaushik and many more.





It is very shameful for our . Today there is no meaning of relations . No one safe in home and outside home. Today’s no one have respect and love for others .We are become selfish . Nobody thinks for others .



Such type of crimes are only due to the influence of foreign culture.



The day is not so far when we will be become completely animal.



This time is for wake up , situation can be handled .
